Pawan Gupta is the president of Pcubed Associates Inc., a consulting engineering firm in Southern California. Pawan has over 25 years of experience in the design, construction and rehabilitation of commercial buildings. He specializes in the design and rehabilitation of reinforced concrete and post-tensioned structures. He is Fellow of the American Concrete Institute and is actively involved in a number of technical committees. Dr. Gupta has authored a many technical papers and made numerous presentations at technical conferences.
