I’m currently loving life as an investor and entrepreneur in Southern California’s growing “Silicon Beach.” Whereas most people believe that “retirement” means the absence of work, I simply believe that retirement is just doing more of what you love (less of what you hate), with people you like, under your own terms.
As an avid venture investor / advisor, start-up founder, and board member, I’ve consistently found my passion in starting, growing, and leading SaaS / fintech / B2B companies, especially those in the early startup and growth phases. To that end, I especially love helping others find something that doesn’t even feel like work. (Instead of only TGIF, why not TGIM!)
Having founded several venture building funds, there is definitely a unique perspective and appreciation I bring and have as both a founder and investor. Of the 3 stages (Starting – Executing – Exiting), I have done a very thorough analysis and study of the Exit, and love debating whether the Exit is more of an “art” or “science.”
