Connect 2 Rise Event Waiver:

In consideration of participating in volunteer activities that may be sponsored, organized, and/or supported in whole or in part by Connect 2 Rise, a non-profit charitable organization, I agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of such participation.

Release:
In consideration for the privilege of participating in the volunteer activities described above, I release and hold harmless Connect 2 Rise and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, and participating community service organizations from and against any liability for injuries or harm I may sustain in the course of my participation.

Indemnity:
Except to the extent that a claim might be based upon the sole and exclusive negligence of Connect 2 Rise, by signing below I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connect 2 Rise, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, and participating community service organizations from and against liability or loss associated with my participation in the volunteer activities described above.

Publicity:
I grant full permission to Connect 2 Rise to use photographs, film, and videotape of me or my likeness, as well as quotations from me in their publications or promotional materials, without any compensation to me.

Acceptance of Binding Agreement:
I have carefully read and understand this agreement. I am voluntarily signing this liability waiver, release/hold harmless, assumption of risk, and publicity agreement through purchasing a ticket. Before participating, I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the activity that I may choose to participate in. By signing below, I agree that this agreement is binding on me, my spouse (if any), marital community (if any), heirs, executors, legal and personal representatives, successors, and assigns.
