Ravi is an investment banking and corporate development executive with 20+ years and $6B+ deal value of experience guiding companies through acquisitions, divestitures, equity and debt financings, valuation, shareholder transitions and joint ventures in technology and telecom. Strong domain knowledge and transaction experience in enterprise software and SaaS, IT Consulting, Managed IT, Cloud, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity and Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning.
Ravi’s clients have exited to leading corporates like Accenture, Alteryx, Deloitte, Genpact and Globant, and PE investors like ABRY Partners, Genstar Capital, HIG Capital, Marlin Equity, PSG Equity and Soros Fund Management. He brings global deal experience having conducted transactions in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America and Africa. Ravi started his investment banking career at Goldman Sachs in New York and has since worked at leading middle-market advisory firms.
Ravi received an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MS in Industrial Engineering (Operations Research) from the SUNY Buffalo and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is a Registered Representative holding FINRA designations Series 62, 63 and 79.
